Polycarbonate also known as Lexan is normally used in any situation that requires a robust material. It is fantastic for machine guards, prisons, security and high traffic areas. It is available in clear, grey tint and pearl. Standard sheet size is 2440mm x 1220mm but we can cut to any size and larger sheets upto 3000mm x 1200mm are available.

Signage Grade Aluminium Composite Panel, also known as sandwich panel consists of a thermoplastic polyethylene core that is sandwiched between two outer flat aluminium panels. Alucobond, Dibond and Signbond are some of the popular available brands. Lightweight, strong and durable, the material comes in a range of colours and finishes with improved ink adhesion so no preparation is needed for high definition printing. PCV Foamex is rigid, lightweight, cost-effective and durable solution for signage, displays, construction, adverstiseing. It comes in black and white colour in range of thickness upto 25mm.

PETG is an increasingly popular material being used for display products. From ticket holders, leaflet sleeves, large holder pockets to complex fabricated shapes. It is usually visible in the supermarket shelves in the form of Hang Cells or counter displays. To the layperson, it is the material used in soft drink bottles. PETG is very durable, reasonably flexible and has high impact strength. PETG is easy to machine in CNC router and to form/heat bend into desired shapes. Standard sheet size is 2440mm x 1220mm and is available in a range of thicknesses from 0.5 to 3mm.

EPE Foam(Expanded Polyethylene) also known as Pearl foam is one of the commonly used packaging material. It is highly effective in impact and shock absorption, vibration dampening, and surface protection.
